This role is a part time permanent role on a 0.8 fte which could be across 4 full days or 5 shorter days.

About the role:
The Accounts Officer will play a key role in the assisting the finance department of the of the Gippsland Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Month end completion
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Log Accounting system, maintenance and processing
- Electronic data management and manual input where applicable
- Data Reconciliations
- Operation Maintenance
- Rate (Customer/Contractor) Entry
- Customer & Contractor reconciliations
- Regional Nexus Transfer
- Additional adhoc duties as required
About you:
- Experience in a similar Accounts officer role
- Experience utilising the Microsoft suite of programs, with intermediate skills in the use of Excel.
- Attention to detail and skills in working within time and work quality constraints
- Full Victoria driving license as some travel may be involved
