The role & team
We have an exciting opportunity for an expert Stock Reconciliation Officer to join our dynamic and supportive Audiology Finance team on a permanent full-time basis.
Reporting into the Audiology Transactions and Administration Team Leader, you will be responsible for accurately processing stock invoices to recharge to our stores within the specified deadline as well as processing credits & returns. This involves handling and reconciling large supplier data sets, reconciling supplier payments, raising invoices, preparing monthly variance reports and maintaining effective communication with our store partners and internal stakeholders.
We believe in adopting a hybrid approach to support our people and the future of work. When not working from an alternate location, this role will be based at our support office in Port Melbourne.
The skills we are looking for
- Proven experience in a Stock Reconciliations role within a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of transaction processing and GST regulations specific to Australia and New Zealand.
- High proficiency in excel for efficient data management and analysis.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Exceptional team player with adaptable communication skills to suit a variety of stakeholders.
