Lake Joondalup Baptist College seeks to appoint an experienced Family Accounts Officer. This is a part-time position working Tuesday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, commencing July 2024.
The Family Accounts Officer will primarily be responsible for the day-to-day processing and collection of tuition fees and other charges to parents.
The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal and professional qualities, strong written and oral communication skills, initiative and ability to work autonomously and as a team member.
Essential selection criteria for this role:
- Understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection procedures
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality.
- Strong commitment to excellence in customer service and professionalism in all activities.
- Experience and expertise with Microsoft Office essential; knowledge of school software (TASS) an advantage.
- A committed Christian and an active member of a church.
