We're looking for candidates with :
- Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts/Finance/Bookkeeper role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Proficiency in accounting/ERP software (eg Xero, Oracle Netsuite, Pronto)
- Ability to motivate individuals to ensure the company's shared vision and goals are achieved.
Duties include :
- Reconcile accounts and financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and manage payment runs, credits and returns
- Producing and reviewing monthly management reports
- Identifying data irregularities to management
- Reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards and Eftpos transactions
- Assisting with developing a positive company culture and general HR
- Provide administrative support to the CEO
