In 1965 our grandfather started picking and packing fruit in Kulnura. Many years on his sons diversified into squeezing that same fruit and bottling spring water. As our family continues to grow and manage our business we are seeking a high achieving individual to contribute to our future.
About the role
Our busy manufacturing plant is located in the beautiful mountains of Kulnura on the Central Coast. We are looking for a vibrant, happy person to support our accounts receivable function working Mon-Friday 8.00am-4.30pm. Your role as an Accounts Officer would include following up and managing the debtors list along with occassionally greeting and serving walk in customers, taking phone orders, managing general office duties as well as assisting to manage customer files and accounts. You would support our friendly sales team and would be a key element to positive production in our business.
You will need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A thorough understanding of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
- Good time management skills
- The ability to work both as a functional team member and autonomously
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience with filing and archiving
- Experience in MYOB/EXO highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- A fun yet mature attitude
- Access to your our own vehicle as public transport is not available.
