- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and contractors.
- Lead, review, and manage WHS across the company, ensuring compliance and championing best practices.
- Develop and implement WHS policies, plans, programs, and systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant WHS legislation requirements.
- Act as the focal point for safety-related matters, providing guidance and support to all staff.
- Analyse safety performance, make recommendations, and drive improvement initiatives.
- Lead safety communications and incident reviews, both internally and corporately.
- Implement an effective contractor management system and maintain safety onboarding and induction processes.
- Provide monthly reports to corporate.
- Proven working experience in manufacturing WHS functions.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Collaborative and inclusive approach with excellent communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of current WHS technical and legislative requirements in Australia.
- Experience in implementing change and fostering a WHS-focused culture.
