Job Details:
- Working days: Mon - Wed (preferred)
- Timings: 10am - 4pm (preferred with 30 minute lunch break)
- Duration: 2 months with possibility of extension

- Software: Reckon (preferred)
- Main duties: Creditors, debtors and reconciliation related activities
- Skill set: local 1-2 years of relevant experience, good Excel skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage creditors, debtors, and reconciliation tasks efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Utilize Reckon software to process financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address any financial queries or discrepancies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel to analyze financial data and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all financial activities.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and handle sensitive data with integrity.
