Accounts & Operations Officer
Full time, permanent role.
Raffa Fields, based in Tooradin, is leading the way in the Australian fresh produce industry. Specialising in asparagus, we are end-to-end operators in our field – we farm multiple sites across Australia, pack and process our product, distribute to supermarkets nationally and overseas, import, and everything in-between.
In your role, you will have exposure to every facet of our business, supporting cross-functionally across Accounts, Sales & Distribution, Import and Human Resources to broaden your skillset, and hone in on your passions.
In this cross-functional role, you’ll learn about our organisation and industry from the ground up to obtain an in-depth, end-to-end understanding of the fresh produce, production, import and logistics industry.

What can you expect in your role at Raffa Fields?
Your day to day will involve…
- Raffa Fields has a robust production, import and distribution program. Majority of your time you’ll be busy working within our Sales & Distribution team to support with logistics coordination, sales administration and supply chain processes.
- The remainder of your week will involve working with our in-house Accounts team to support with finance related tasks including financial reporting, processing payroll, reconciliation and bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable through Xero.
- At busy times of the year, we have over 250 workers, many of whom are recruited from overseas. You’ll be integral in providing administration support, and assist with day-to-day coordination of our workforce when needed.
What will make you successful…
- Suited to an experienced office administrator, all-rounder, or bookkeeper looking to up-skill and broaden their skillset, or a recent graduate with a qualification in finance, supply chain, logistics, or other related discipline.
- Experience with Xero highly regarded, to fast-track your work with our Accounts team.
- Ability to work on-site full-time from our office in Tooradin.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office, proficient in Excel and motivated to upskill.
