ABOUT THE ROLES:
The positions are for hands-on Supervisor roles responsible for support and assistance in leading day labour crews to carry out construction duties associated with infrastructure assets, construction projects and maintenance activities under the supervision of Site/Project Managers.
- Assist with the leadership and supervision to our crews on site
- Experience with a distinct understanding of how to add value and identify continuous improvement ideas both immediate and long term
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
- Sound knowledge of safety systems and processes
Skills & experience
- Minimum 3 years' post Cert III qualification or greater
- Australian recognised trade certificate
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leading hand or supervisor position
- Supervisor tickets (S1,2,3 / G1,8,9 and G2) advantageous
- Experience working on a mine site advantageous
