Accounts Payable/ Administration Assistant

Wayne Phillis Automotive is a leading car dealership group with major brands including Ford, Kia, Isuzu Ute and SsangYong across 3 locations in the south of Adelaide. 

Reporting to the Financial Controller, we're looking for an entry level Accounts Payable/ Administration Assistant with the following:

• An impeccable attention to detail
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solving skills
• Strong organisation and time management
• Reliable and conscientious work ethic
• Honest & trustworthy
• A willingness to learn

Key responsibilities include

• Accounts payable processes
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Daily banking
• Data entry
• Reception relief
• General postage duties
• General administration duties

This position is full-time, with hours to be worked between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
