We are now accepting applications for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team located in our support office in North Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing large volume of invoices, ensuring correct coding
- Providing remittances to suppliers
- Responsible for fortnightly Accounts Payable runs including generating payment files for upload to bank
- Reconciliation of supplier balances against supplier statements
- Managing the centralised Accounts Payable email address including responding to queries from suppliers, as well as stakeholders within the business
- Updating supplier database and assist with reporting
- Supporting automation projects around invoice processing and payment required to support the future growth of the business.
- Weekly bank reconciliation of all corporate bank accounts
- Assist Financial Accountant with end of month bank and trade payable reconciliations
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders at all levels both internal and external
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to set and work to priorities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems/procedures. Previous experience with NetSuite viewed favourably
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders
