Accounts Payable Administrator

A Company at the Forefront of Commercial Solar is looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to Provide Key Support to their Dynamic Finance Team.

The Role

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Accounts Payable Administrator will form the backbone of the processes driving the accounts department of the company. Functional accounting tasks like transaction recording, invoice processing and account reconciliation all interfacing with MYOB and Procore will form the core components of the role.
Processing invoice and expense reports in a timely manner and maintaining sharp financial records in Procore will also be key. Along with this, there will be significant interaction with the Service Team in data gathering and report preparation to assist in their asset management functions.
The Requirements
The ideal candidate will be primarily defined by one attribute – Attention to detail.
This is the key characteristic through which all of your accounting workflow will be defined by. Meticulous and sharp record keeping, data entry, time management and personal organisational skills are essential for the role. Prior accounting experience is a must to hit the ground running on day one, as will be a solid background in Excel, MYOB and Procore.
This will all be supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills in your interactions internally and with external stakeholders, a keen multitasking ability to deal with the fast paced environment and an ability to problem solve and work autonomously as the situation requires.
