We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team for an immediate start. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as a team member.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and ensure accuracy of data entry
- Reconcile Accounts Payable transactions
- Prepare and process payments to vendors
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate records of all Accounts Payable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
