Accounts Payable / Creditors Clerk

Kerry’s Automotive Group is a proud family-owned automotive dealership in Australia’s Top End. We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable / Creditors Clerk to support our Dealership's day to day financial and administrative operations. This role will involve handling Accounts Payable/ Creditors tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the Dealership.

Basic Functions:

• Processing financial transactions, for Accounts Payable.
• Processing Creditor payments in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate financial records, EOM Reconciliations.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and document management.
• Work closely with all dealership departments.
• Assist with other tasks and projects when required.

Qualifications:

• Accounts Payable / Creditors Experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment and meet deadlines.
• Microsoft Excel and computer Literacy
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage.

This position requires you to hold an open Australian Driver’s License and be able to pass a Criminal history check.
