To support our continued growth, our Mackay branch, located in Paget is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated Accounts Payableperson.

Key areas of responsibilities are:

• Receive and sort mail
• Consolidate, follow up and allocation of payments
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts
• Communicate with suppliers
• Reconciliation of supplier payments
• Resolve invoice discrepancies
• Work with procurement, stores and other key employees to ensure timely and accurate entry of suppliers
• Vendor file maintenance
• Work closely with Accounts Receivable

 Who we're seeking:

• At least two years experience with ERP systems such as Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics/Navision, Pronto or similar.
• At least 1 year Accounts Payable experience.
• An individual that is punctual and reliable
• Good communication with strong interpersonal skills and negotiating capabilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Self-motivated to succeed and work well under pressure
• Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
