As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance department.
Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Officer to support our finance team in managing the company's financial obligations accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounts Payable processes, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process Accounts Payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Verify invoice accuracy, including matching invoices to purchase orders and contracts
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and in compliance with company policies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all Accounts Payable transactions
• Assist with month-end closing processes as needed
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any payment issues or inquiries

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Proven experience working in Accounts Payable or a similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with [specific software] is a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
