About The Role
Join our expanding finance team as a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist at Grill'd Support Office in Richmond. You'll co-ordinate our Accounts Payable function within our small team, managing payments and driving continuous improvement. Enjoy a dynamic and collaborative work environment while making a meaningful impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate and manage the Accounts Payable function for Grill'd, ensuring policy compliance.
- Process EFT payments, including international currencies, and manage the AP inbox.
- Track and maintain the OCR system for invoice approval.
- Resolve anomalies in AP and GL ledger, collaborating with the Accounting Team.
- Reconcile and process company utilities invoices, managing queries.
- Execute weekly EFT payments and maintain the electronic invoice filing system.
- Assist with month-end procedures and reporting, while driving process improvements and team leadership.
What we Are looking For
- Perform effectively in a busy, high-pressure environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in a high-volume multi-site organization
- Experience with Netsuite accounting software is advantageous
- Familiarity with high-volume Inbox/Outlook management
