An exciting two-month temporary opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to work with a reputable and growing business in Alexandria has arisen.
The Role
Joining the Accounts Payable team of 4 and reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager, your primary duties will comprise of:
- Matching a high volume of invoices & POs
- Responding to queries over phone and email
- Bank and account reconciliation
- Dealing with accounts queries
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by AP Manager
The successful candidate:
- Two years experience performing full-functions Accounts Payable
- Previous experience with SAP
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Ability to work quickly and accurately to deadlines
- Hardworking team player
- Good working knowledge of Excel and a large ERP System
