As an Accounts Payable Officer you’ll play a crucial role in managing financial transactions related to suppliers and ensuring the smooth flow of payments. Your attention to detail, strong time management skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the full Accounts Payable process, including entering invoices, verifying expense reports, and reconciling invoices.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding stock management, financial records, and accounts.
- Process payments promptly and accurately.
- Make the necessary financial adjustments as required.
- Maintain supplier records and file documents appropriately.
- Perform other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar end-to-end Accounts Payable role is essential.
- Accuracy in invoice processing and payment verification.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Confident communication skills for interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
