About the Company
Our client is a market leading organisation, that continues to grow in leaps and bounds and is seeking a like minded individual to support them in their growth phase. The new created Accounts Payable position will join a supportive team environment on a full-time basis. It is a terrific opportunity for an experienced individual to join a stable team.
The RoleWorking as part of a vibrant and dynamic Accounts team, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Full function Accounts Payable
- Matching purchase orders
- Reconciliations
- Assisting payroll when needed
- Handle email and phone queries
- Maintaining and updating associated payment reconciliations as required
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Other ad hoc duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
Our client believes a positive attitude is key to success! You will also have:
- A desire and willingness to learn, with strong problem solving skills
- 3 years of experience in a similar Accounts Payable position
- Confident personality that enjoys speaking to key stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
