$37-$38 Per hour
29-30 hours per week and there is some flexibility in regards to the days and hours worked.
Our client is a trusted manufacturer of machines in the markets of energy, oil & gas, paper, raw materials and transport & automotive industry.
They are based in Smithfield, and they are seeking a part time Accounts Clerk.
This role will be 4 days per week working (Mondays - Thursdays), perfectly suitable to work in with school hours, study or a side hustle!
Office culture is friendly, supportive and light hearted. This role would be working in the office for the four days.
Reporting to the Finance Director, your role will include working on client matters and related entities of the business itself.
- Administration and bookkeeping support to the business and its clients.
- Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Day to day accounting – P&L, Budgets, Invoicing, Reporting
- Build relationships with suppliers, debtors, creditors and team/workforce
- Relevant Accounting or book keeping Qualifications.
- Experience using Xero.
- Strong time management and communications skills.
- Preferably have exposure or experience in construction, trade or facilities services/management.
- Focused on customer services and continual process improvement.
- Happy to be admin support person in the office when required
Overtime available from time to time to complete duties within the role.
