The Role
This Accounts Payable Officer position sits in a collaborative & supportive finance team. It is a full-function AP position where your responsibilities will include the following:

• Full function Accounts Payable (low-medium volume)
• Processing invoices & organising payment runs
• Ensuring POs are approved
• Verify & process staff expenses
• Maintain supplier database
• Attend to any AP-related queries
• Conducting reconciliations

Our client is willing to pass more duties on to this person as they feel more comfortable in their role.
Your Background
To be considered for this opportunity, they are looking for someone with:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable position
• Ability to conduct reconciliations
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills!
