About the Role
An opportunity is available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the Kalis Group team on a temporary basis as maternity leave coverage. The position is available for immediate start and runs until March 2025, part time for 22.8 hours a week, there is some flexibility available surrounding the days of work.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and on time;
- Reconciling statements and taking action on outstanding items;
- Running weekly and monthly payment processes;
- Addressing financial queries from both intern and external stakeholders;
- Assist with GL maintenance by following company procedures in regards to data input into MYOB Advanced;
- Other administrative dutes as requested by the management team.
