ABOUT THE HOSPITAL
Toronto Private Hospital is a premier 105 bed medical, mental health and rehabilitation hospital situated on the western side of Lake Macquarie, NSW, overlooking the township of Toronto. It is centrally located and a 30-minute drive from the major cities of Gosford, Newcastle and Maitland.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for the efficient management of the Accounts Payable function, including invoice payment, supplier management, statement reconciliation and doctor contract payments. The role also encompasses other administrative functions including, but not limited to, timely & cost-effective stock ordering, stocktake processes, daily KPI preparation and assisting with billing processes as required.
Essential criteria:
- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
- High level of computer literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Team player
- Current Police Record Check last 3 months
- Current Working with Children Check
- COVID 19 immunisation
Desirable criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience in hospital or health sector
