We are currently looking for a Payable Clerk to join our Administration and Finance Department at our main production site in Bilbul, NSW.

About the Role
We are looking to appoint an Accounts Payable Officer to work within our Administration Department located at our Bilbul Head Office. This is a Full Time position with the option for Part Time based on the right applicant. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, primary responsibilities of the role will include: 
 

• Reconcile statements 
• Process invoices and payments
• Balance the Accounts Payable Ledger
• Provide support to the Accounts Payable Department 
• Responding to incoming queries from internal and external customers
• Provide reception relief as required 

About You
We are seeking a confident, energetic and enthusiastic individual who possesses strong communication skills. The successful applicant will be required to work individually and in a team environment, possess sound administrative and organisational skills and be able to communicate with internal / external customers and suppliers. Previous experience in a customer service / administration environment would be considered favorably, however not essential for the right person.
