This is a friendly family office with a large diversified property portfolio.
Role
As a standalone AP Officer in a team of 10, you will be preparing accounts for payment by matching invoices to purchase orders (approximately 200 per day) for a portfolio of properties.
- Processing and reconciling accounts
- Coding and checking against purchase orders
- Responding to internal and external phone and email enquiries
- Additional duties as required
Person
You are detailed and diligent, with at least 5 years experience working in AP. Ideally you will have family office or experience with Real Estate however this is not a pre-requisite. You have a positive attitude and enjoy working efficiently and effectively in a small team. Part-time employment suits you.
