An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance and Risk team.
The position will entail all aspects of Accounts Payable. You will be confident in processing high volumes of invoices using the cloud based TechnologyOne suite, handling vendor queries, reconciling supplier accounts and be responsible for EFT runs. This is an outstanding opportunity to add value to the organisation by identifying process improvements and having the opportunity to help drive these changes.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a high-volume Accounts Payable role for an organisation using a large ERP System and will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly motivated, and work well as part of a small team. The ability to be organised, work well under pressure with great attention to detail is essential.

This position is offered as permanent part-time on a FTE 0.6 basis (22.8 hours) with the flexibility to possibly increase hours in the future. The days worked are negotiable (ideally Wednesday to Friday) and is classified at Level 3 under the City of Burnside Administration Employees Enterprise Agreement 2023.
