The Accounts Payable Supervisor is a critical member of the Accounting Department and is responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable function within the organisation.
The Role
In this role you are responsible for the daily bank reconciliation, company expense claim system administration, capital requisition approval administration and maintaining process efficiency.
This is a people leadership role (3 direct reports). You'll have proven leadership experience mentoring and developing a team, while continually striving to streamline processes and driving efficiency.
That’s the role, so who are you?
You'll have 3-5 years similar Accounts Payable supervising experience in a medium to large organisation. You’ll be someone confident in your abilities around your financial understanding, analytical skills, and core accounting standards.
On a technical side, advanced Microsoft Excel is a must, and having some exposure to JDE or other ERP systems will be highly advantageous.
