SalaryWe are currently working in partnership with our client to find an exceptional AP Supervisor to join a leading Mining company based in Perth's Central Business District on a Full-Time Permanent Basis.
The Role

Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee the entire Accounts Payable process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial transactions.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the AP process for efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage a team of 2-4 AP professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports related to AP activities, presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements to continually improve processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related equivalent employment experience.
- Proven experience 2-3+ years in Accounts Payable management, with demonstrated track record managing 2-4 AP Officers.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- A confident personality with the ability to adapt to growing workplace changes.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems such as Pronto, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
