SalaryMARS Recruitment are partnering with an ASX listed mining company based in West Perth, they're looking to hire an Accounts Payable Supervisor on a permanent, full time basis.

- Permanent, full time role
- Circa $90k plus super (depending on experience)
- Flexible working arrangements; hours and WFH
- MUST have strong end to end AP experience and exposure to large ERP's
- MUST have Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship and currently be located in Australia
The Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Accounts Payable Officers
- Ensure all payables are processed accurately and on time
- Process invoices for goods and services received, using the correct cost centre
- Ensure that all credit notes are reviewed, matched to short payments and / or processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconciliation of vendor statements to ensure that all aged items are addressed and followed through to resolution
- Systems improvements
- Ensure AP month-end GL accounts are reconciled and all reconciliation items are supported by appropriate comments
- Schedule and process vendor payments
The Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Accounts Payable Supervisor/Team Leader/Senior
- Experience with Excel and ERP systems is essential - Pronto highly desirable
- Must have Mining experience
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Must have Australian permanent residency or citizenship and currently be located in Perth, Western Australia.
