Accounts Payable Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our busy Administration team.  Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be a detail-orientated professional who is focused on delivering results in a timely manner. We are looking for a high achiever who is keen to take ownership of the AP space, while also eager to assist with additional financial projects and workstreams.

Duties

• Overseeing major vendor accounts in relation to Accounts Payable
• Managing invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment distributions
• Provide direction and support to Accounts Payable department
• Vendor relationship management
• Resolving vendor payment inquiries
• Methodical follow-up on outstanding payables
• Payment allocation and accurate data entry
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Monthly Reporting

Skills & Experience

• Relevant or demonstrated Accounts Payable experience.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to follow set procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
