Be part of the Accounts Receivable team as a Credit Officer for your assigned set of accounts.
About The Role:
- Manage Debtors days within the company standard
- Provide regular update and run aged debtors report for responsible accounts
- Responsible for collection of outstanding invoices for assigned accounts via telephone or email
- Investigate and resolve queries from customers and liaise with internal stakeholders for resolution
- Respond to debtors’ queries
- Flag potential collection issues in a timely manner
