Accounts Receivable Manager to join their dynamic team.
Job Description- Train, mentor, and supervise Accounts Receivable staff.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimise outstanding receivables.
- Monitor accounts and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Review and approve credit applications and set credit limits.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Prepare and analyse Accounts Receivable reports, including ageing reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and collection issues.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
The Successful Applicant- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
