About Our Client
A leading construction company, renowned for its industry-leading quality, innovation, and dedication to excellence, is expanding its team. They are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead their finance division.
Job Description

• Manage all aspects of AR processes: invoicing, collections, and cash application.
• Develop and enforce AR policies ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
• Monitor customer accounts, handle overdue payments, and negotiate payment solutions as necessary.
• Lead, guide, and support the AR team to enhance overall performance.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on AR performance and recommend process enhancements.
• Ensure accuracy in month-end and year-end closing procedures related to Accounts Receivable.

The Successful Applicant

• Genuine passion for Accounts Receivable
• Experience leading a team of 5+
• 5 years of proven experience in AR management, preferably within the construction sector.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment.
