Fantastic opportunity awaits an accomplished and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to become an integral part of our dynamic organisation. In your role you will be responsible for the efficient collection and allocation of payments and ongoing communication with our customers.
This is an office-based role.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Process incoming payments promptly and accurately.
- Generate reports.
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
- Maintaining accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
- Processing credit card payments, credit memos and refunds.
- Opening, maintaining, and updating customers' and supplier's files.
- Generate and send out monthly customer statements.
- Meeting month-end deadlines.
- Fleet management including registration, insurance, claims, toll account and fuel account.
- Providing support to other team members and performing other ad hoc duties as required.
A successful applicant will need to possess the following:
Minimum 1 year experience working with Xero software.
- A strong team commitment.
- Excellent communication skills both interpersonal and written.
- Firm but polite phone and email manner for both external and internal interactions.
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field.
- High attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and trustworthy.
