Breeze Management Group is an independently owned accommodation group with 13+ Caravan parks around Australia and rapidly growing. We have a unique opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Head Office located in Birtinya. This is a short-term, part-time position with the potential to become permanent. There will be 15-20 hours available per week.
The Accounts Receivable Officer is a new role within our Company and will provide assistance with all Accounts Receivable duties for the Finance Team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handle daily Accounts Receivable operations - including bank reconciliation, invoice processing, payment handling, and reconciliation of received payments.
- Reconcile company Credit Cards.
- Assist with the management of the shared inbox.
- Other ad hoc duties/assistance to the Finance team.
About you:
- Previous experience in accounts is desired but not essential
- Experience working in accounts, or completing a degree in finance will be highly advantageous
- Exposure to accounting software including Xero and DEXT will be highly advantageous
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Great time management and communication skills
- You will have excellent organisation and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Must be enthusiastic, innovative and will thrive in a fast-paced environment
This role is available for an immediate start. The hourly rate is dependent on your previous skills and experience.
