Accounts Receivable Officer

Breeze Management Group is an independently owned accommodation group with 13+ Caravan parks around Australia and rapidly growing. We have a unique opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Head Office located in Birtinya. This is a short-term, part-time position with the potential to become permanent.  There will be 15-20 hours available per week. 

The Accounts Receivable Officer is a new role within our Company and will provide assistance with all Accounts Receivable duties for the Finance Team. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handle daily Accounts Receivable operations - including bank reconciliation, invoice processing, payment handling, and reconciliation of received payments.
• Reconcile company Credit Cards. 
• Assist with the management of the shared inbox. 
• Other ad hoc duties/assistance to the Finance team. 

About you: 

• Previous experience in accounts is desired but not essential 
• Experience working in accounts, or completing a degree in finance will be highly advantageous
• Exposure to accounting software including Xero and DEXT will be highly advantageous
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
• Great time management and communication skills
• You will have excellent organisation and time management skills 
• High level of attention to detail
• Must be enthusiastic, innovative and will thrive in a fast-paced environment

This role is available for an immediate start. The hourly rate is dependent on your previous skills and experience.
