What we are looking for:

We are looking for an exceptional Accounts Receivable Officer who seeks to be part of a dynamic and merit-based environment, in this newly created role. The successful candidate will have at a minimum one year of practical experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar role. The role with our firm will include working autonomously and closely with the rest of our finance team to maintain the accounting functions of the firm. Experience using SILQ &/or NebuLAW will be highly regarded. 

Key tasks will include:

• high volume of month end invoicing
• record and reconcile daily customer payments
• prepare outstanding debtor reports
• monitor and liaise with clients on overdue accounts
• maintain database of client records 
• manage relationships with both clients and senior staff members
