The Role
We are looking for a switched-on and enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Adelaide CBD office on a part-time basis (3 days per week or equivalent hours). Your responsibilities in this position will include:
- Monitor aged debtors
- Liaise with Legal Assistants and Principals regarding the status of aged invoices
- Identify items for client follow up
- Follow up clients via phone and email regarding overdue invoices
- Coordinate the correction / reissue of invoices as required to facilitate payment
- Assist with preparing monthly reports for the Finance Committee
About You
We’re seeking a driven Accounts Receivable Officer with at least two years’ experience in a similar Accounts Receivable/collections role, who is keen to support a talented and busy team. In addition, you will need a strong working knowledge of Excel, be well organised and have a keen eye for detail. The role will also involve a lot of interaction with both staff and clients so confidence as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
