About the Role: Embark on a rewarding journey as an ASO2 Level Accounts Receivable Officer within the Accounts Receivable Debt Management Team. Engage in debt management notice running, RTS, and ad-hoc debt recovery tasks.

Benefits:

• Location: Port Adelaide
• Hourly Rate: $36-$39 + super
• Duration: April 22 - October 31, 2024

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute debt management notice running, RTS, and ad-hoc debt recovery duties.
• Utilise Oracle systems proficiency for efficient task completion.
• Demonstrate intermediate MS Office skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Manage high work volumes adeptly while meeting strict deadlines.
• Adapt quickly to evolving requirements and learning opportunities.
• Employ research and data collection skills for informed decision-making.

About You:

• Proficient in debt management notice running, RTS, and ad-hoc debt recovery duties.
• Experienced in Accounts Payable & Receivable.
• Competent in Oracle systems usage.
• Intermediate MS Office skills in Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Possess high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work and strict deadlines.
• Quick learner with adaptability to changing environments.
• Demonstrated research and data collection skills.
• Must hold a valid Police Clearance check.
