An opening is now available in Victoria for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Administration team on a full-time basis based at the Autopact Victoria head office in Epping.
Key responsibilities:
- Reconciliation and management of vehicle, wholesale and fleet vehicle debtor’s ledgers
- Assist with end of month processing and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Weekly vehicle debtors reporting to management.
- Assist with internal funds enquiries for dealerships.
- Follow up on outstanding vehicle debtor accounts/invoice queries.
- Process daily bank statements.
- Process customer account payments.
- Process daily bank deposits as required.
- Undertake other duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Automotive dealership experience will be highly regarded
- Pentana experience preferable
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong time management skills
- The ability to prioritise urgent tasks
- Excellent communication skills
