Hobart Private Hospital is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer. This is an exciting opportunity if you are an individual seeking advancement in the Administration Clerical field.
You will provide the highest quality administration support for all site admission to cash processes (in line with the assigned tasks) and assist with site related queries from the Healthscope Billing & Collections HUB, as required.
Selection Criteria
· Highly competent with hospital patient administration systems and associated policies, processes & procedures
· Experience in a similar billing or collection role
· Experience in the use of the MS Office suite of programs
· Commitment to excellent customer service and continuous improvement
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skill
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· High level of written and verbal communication skills
