Accounts Payable And Receivable

Searson Buck is Tasmania's largest Human Resource company, providing Recruitment and HR services across the State.
Due to increased demand in the Accounts sector, Searson Buck is seeking outstanding Accounts Payable and Receivable administrators in the Launceston area who are open to temporary or fixed contract opportunities.

• Previous experience with end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Demonstrated understanding of basic accounting principles
• High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external clients
• Solid analytical skills
• Ability to learn quickly and follow procedures with a systematic approach
• Experience in a fast-paced working environment
• High proficiency in accounting and payroll software
• Reconcile Credit card Statements
• Timesheet reconciliation against project codes
