Off The Vine Distributors a leading wholesale wine distribution company representing 40 esteemed winery brands from around the world, to all eligible liquor licensed outlets in Western Australia, is requiring a very experienced, professional accounts and administration person to join us.
This is a new position created, to help the business in all areas of administration but needs to be highly skilled in accounts, Excel and MYOB. Consisting of a small friendly office team of five with six sales representatives working from an office in South Fremantle, (this is office based and not possible to work from home) we require someone whom has a good skill set of accounts, computer systems, IT, possibly marketing and a positive attitude to all tasks. The position has come about so we have back up and support for office people taking leave - the person will need to be able to multi task and be willing to step into any position, when required. Including, accounts, orders role, marketing, sales support. Requiring quite a few hats at once due to the growth in our business.
