About the role
We're seeking an organised, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper. You'll manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and purchase orders, maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring timely payments. Key Responsibilities for the role
* Manage accounts receivable, generating invoices.
* Prepare and distribute invoices to customers.
* Maintain and update financial records.
* Generate regular reports on accounts receivable.
* Invoice processing, and purchase orders.
Skills & Experience
* Proficiency in accounting software (Xero)
* Experience working in Construction/Building Companies Only.
* Accounting Packages
* Familiarity with purchase order processes.
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills
