ROLE
Accreditation Officer. Casual approximately 15 hours per week, based in Adelaide CBD with occasional out-of-hours work and travel required.
Working as a member our small but dynamic team, the Accreditation Officer is responsible for providing administration support for the implementation of the QTF framework program and customer service to TiCSA members and other stakeholders to assist them navigate and succeed through various components of the program.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Respond to enquiries, and process new applications and renewals across QTF programs including Quality Tourism Accredited Business (QTAB), Stars, Visitor Information Centres, Camps, and other specialised accreditations modules.
- Onboard and provide support to new and existing businesses in the application and process of QTF programs.
- Supporting the Site Visit team with planning and scheduling QTAB accreditation site visits.
- Providing support to the Industry Programs Executive in the delivery of the QTF tourism awards program (South Australian Tourism Awards and Top Tourism Town Awards).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualifications in Tourism and/or Business or relevant discipline, or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
