Form of worki-Fitness Exercise Physiology has been looking after the health of our community on the Central Coast for over 17 years with an online presence, loyal customer base and referrer network. i-Fitness is a fast growing allied health service looking for a valued team member who can partner with us in this exciting phase of our journey.
We are after someone for either a full time or part time position and will be happy to consider both experienced candidates as well as new grads.

Who are our customers:
Our typical case load involves chronic disease management, group exercise, NDIS, workcover and rehabilitation. We are also the only practice on the Central Coast to offer VO2 max testing and RMR testing allowing the successful applicant the opportunity to develop skills otherwise lost after graduation.
Who are we looking for:
The successful applicant will need the following:
- Willing to work with people both one on one and in groups.
- An ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills. We are committed to patient education and teaching self management and this would need to be a highly valued by the applicant. The successful applicant must be able to communicate well with referrers and external stakeholders in both written and verbal mediums.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Good critical thinking and problem solving skills. This person must also be able to think on the fly.
- The ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with clients and referrers
- The applicant must have an ESSA AEP accreditation, Medicare provider number and SIRA accreditation. As well as police, WWCC, CPR, First Aid and NDIS worker screening check.
- Share our commitment to continually improve ourselves both personally and professionally so that we can effectively help others
- A great work ethic
- General business and marketing skills are highly regarded but not essential.
