Educational Case Management Pty Ltd (ECM) are currently seeking expressions of interest from an Exercise Physiologist and/or Exercise Science graduates within these disciplines to join our multi-disciplinary team of highly committed Allied Health Professionals: Psychologist, Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Behavioural Therapist and Counsellors. ECM Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Science graduates involves:
- Working with clients of all ages
- Driving health and wellbeing
- creating and implementing exercise programs
- Interest in group programs with specific targets
- Working autonomously with the support of a strong team
- Applying clinical knowledge to improve positive outcomes
- Negotiating positive outcomes for multiple stakeholders
- Educating clients and employers about health and wellness
- Working collaboratively with disability, medical and allied health professionals
- Functional/fitness assessments
- Building strong relationships with third parties
- Case management
The role provides extensive support for new starters and allows flexibility in planning your own day, including office days, working from home, and attending appointments including time on the road.
The successful applicant will be able to work 2 or more Days per week in our Rutherford office. The remaining days will be located at our Hamilton offices.
We are open to Full Time and Part Time Applications.

Our Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Science graduates work closely with our Occupational Therapist team - working closely with participants with psychosocial, sensory and/or cognitive disabilities, and their network, to maximise independence, access to community and wellbeing. We have a specialty in Autism, Early Intervention and Behavioural Support.
