Quigly are a boutique consultancy with a great network of clients across many industries.Currently we are looking for an Admin and Marketing Support person to provide essential support to the Marketing and Administrative functions of the business through our continued expansion.
This is a casual or part-time role.
In this role you will
- Support marketing activities
- Provide administrative support to the business
- Provide support to the technology recruitment function
Marketing
- Support strategy development and implementation
- Create campaigns
- Create content
- Create posts
- Maintain posting schedule
- Updating website
- Help populate and maintain CRM
- Manipulate and build databases
- Support management correspondence
- Support new staff onboarding
Recruitment
- Create Jobs in ATS
- Create Job Ads
- Candidate outreach
- Candidate Screening (Desktop)
- Candidate Screening (phone/video)
- Create Candidate shortlist
- Have experience in marketing/social media content generation and posting for business
- Are experienced in customer service roles
- Are a people person
- Experienced with Canva
- Have experience in recruitment (ideal)
- Have excellent attention to detail (Essential)
- Are based in Melbourne (Hybrid role)
