- Mon to Fri - primarily 7:30am to 3:30pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm
- Ongoing temporary assignment with the potential for a permanent position.

Your Role:
Reporting to the Senior Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role, engaging in a broad range of day-to-day admin and facilities task across college operations to facilitate the delivery of a high-class student experience.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all learning spaces are maintained to a high standard, including relevant furniture & class space configuration, student areas, and IT equipment is functional and safe for daily operation
- Assist the Senior Operations Coordinator with financial tasks such as invoicing, credit card reconciliation and purchase order receipts.
- Coordinate standard stock control and ordering of office supplies, stationery, and general maintenance equipment.
- Answering (and redirecting) incoming calls, emails and other enquiries in a timely manner and always maintaining a high-quality level of service
- Assisting with the management of all corporate events from catering to set up and pack down.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous 2+ year’s experience in a similar role
- Experience using operational workflow systems preferred e.g. Jira or similar
- Previous experience working within the education sector an advantage
- Driver licence essential
