THN is experiencing rapid growth and are looking to employ an office all-rounder with a can-do attitude, willing to learn all facets of market research recruitment and data collection. The position, starting as Project Support is needed to commence as soon as possible.
For more than 20 years THN has specialised in finding the right people to participate in paid market research projects – including product tests, focus groups, interviews and more.
The role of Project Support is an entry-level administrative role that assists in liaising closely with top-tier clients & brands to ensure our client's research projects run seamlessly and successfully.

Job tasks and responsibilities:
- General administrative tasks to support your team
- Responding to general business queries via phone and email
- Liaising with clients and respondents
- Reading and interpreting respondent data to identify the right candidates
- Database management
- Engaging in recruitment calls
Skills and experience:
- Proactive, proactive and proactive!
- A basic/intermediate understanding of Excel
- Problem-solving with a positive attitude
- Detail focused & up for a challenge
- Willing to learn new skills
- Can work both autonomously and within a team environment
- Customer service experience is highly regarded
Please note this is an in-office, full-time 38 hours per week commitment.
